Vintage Go-Kart 400 with twin Power Products engines !!!!
by admin on September 3, 2010
produced by VintagePowerSport.com Featured kart from the vintage kart show held at the East Lansing Kart Track Reunion August 12-14, 2010. This was a VKA Vintage Karting Association Tour Event , one of many VKA events held at different track locations across the United States. This is a full restoration of a 1959 Go-Kart 400 with dual AH81 Power Products engines (approximately 130cc each). This was one of the very first Go-Kart brand racing karts. The Power Products engines were very popular in the early days of karting, but iby the mid-60's the McCulloch and West Bend engines became the dominant engines in US kart racing. More event photos and vintage karting info can be found at the VKA website VKAkarting.com
